Hayat Ismail is an experienced financial leader and CPA with over 15 years of American and international experience in financial services and business process improvement. She has a strong background in corporate FP&A and governance, accounting, and audit. Hayat has a proven track record of developing plans and streamlining financial operations and business processes for exponential growth. Her expertise includes strengthening and modernizing business processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency. Hayat’s roles at the World Bank Group-MoF Somaliland and KIMS Microfinance demonstrate her ability to lead and drive financial initiatives, providing strategic recommendations and managing financial control and planning for organizations. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
